Aastha Spintex to double capacity with Falcon Acquisition

Aastha Spintex will acquire Falcon Yarns, increasing its spinning capacity from 7,700 MT to 17,457 MT and spindle capacity from 25,920 to 61,824. The company plans to utilise ₹170 crore raised through its IPO to fund the acquisition, supporting expansion, operational efficiency and long-term growth in the textile sector.
