The world's biggest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) on Wednesday announced that it has reached a formal agreement with SABMiller for a $121 billion (€112 billion) takeover. InBev would pay £44 per share for SABMiller. Notably, this is the third biggest acquisition in corporate history and is the biggest ever takeover of a British firm.
