Abdul Basit, who called for bombing Mumbai and Delhi in case the US attacks Pakistan, served as Pakistan's High Commissioner to India. "We should not hold back," he claimed. Basit was Pakistan's top diplomat to India from 2014-2017. He held the top position when Pakistani terrorists attacked Army camp in Uri in 2016, after which India launched surgical strikes.
