Abdullah Shafique becomes first Pakistan player to smash hundred on Indian soil in 10 years
Pakistan opener Abdullah Shafique has become the first player from Pakistan to smash hundred in international cricket on Indian soil in 10 years. The 23-year-old reached the three-figure mark off 97 deliveries against Sri Lanka in their World Cup match in Hyderabad. Nasir Jamshed was the previous Pakistan player to smash hundred on Indian soil (106 in Kolkata in 2013).
