Abdullah Shafique creates unwanted history with hat-trick of ducks

With his third duck in as many innings, Pakistan’s Abdullah Shafique has become the first opener in history to register three ducks in a three-match bilateral ODI series. India's Suryakumar Yadav, in fact, is the only other batter to have scored three ducks in a three-match ODI series. Shafique has now registered 7 ducks in international cricket in 2024.
