ABG Shipyard's ex-MD Rishi Agarwal granted bail in bank fraud case

A Delhi court has granted bail to Rishi Kamlesh Agarwal, former Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of ABG Shipyard Ltd, on the grounds that the chargesheet filed by CBI on the fraud is "incomplete". The court asked Agarwal not to tamper with the evidence, influence the witnesses or leave the country. Agarwal is accused of cheating banks of ₹22,842 crore.
