Ex-India batter Abhinav Mukund picked his best Test playing XI of 2025, opting for KL Rahul, Ben Duckett, Temba Bavuma (captain), Joe Root and Shubman Gill. The rest of the team features Ravindra Jadeja, Alex Carey (wicketkeeper), Simon Harmer, Mitchell Starc, Mohammed Siraj and Jasprit Bumrah. Notably, the 35-year-old left out Rishabh Pant, who scored 629 Test runs in 2025.
