Abominable, can't be forgiven: T'gana DGP after Home Guard beats, drags woman by hair

Telangana Police Home Guard Anand, who was deputed to the Railway Police, was removed from service and arrested. This came after a video showed him assaulting and dragging a woman by her hair near Hafizpet Railway Station. "Such behaviour by our staff, whatever be the rank and whatever be the provocation, cannot be forgiven. It's abominable," DGP CV Anand said.
