Abrogation of Article 370 paved way for development in J&K: Naqvi

The abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir has paved the way for the development of the Union Territories (UTs) of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, said Union Minister for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Saturday. "People now feel that Article 370 was one of the biggest hindrances in the way of development in the UTs," said Naqvi.
