Absconding, phone switched off: Delhi govt's notice to IAS officer

The Delhi government has issued a show-cause notice to IAS officer and Services Department Secretary Ashish More for not complying with its direction to replace him with a new officer. Services Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj had earlier claimed More "unexpectedly left the Secretariat" and "switched off his phone". A reply has been sought from Ashish More within 24 hours.
