Absence of s*x in marriage is cruelty: Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court back in 1973 in the decision of Rita Nijhawan V. Balakishan Nijhawan had observed that “marriage without s*x is anathema. If a spouse denies sexual satisfaction to the other spouse, then it will constitute mental cruelty and will become a ground for divorce, told Deepak Somani, Advocate in a recent reel on his Instagram page.
