Abu Dhabi royal Mahrah Al Nahyan admitted to one charge of child neglect after being found unconscious on the street following a "cocaine binge" in June while caring for a barefoot 3-year-old near traffic. On October 13, she received a two-year community order with rehabilitation and £6,000 fine. Mahyan married into Emirati ruling dynasty, House of Nahyan, and receives £8,000/monthly.
