AC fails on Patna-bound flight at Delhi airport, passengers made to sit inside for hours

Air-conditioning malfunctioned on a Patna-bound Air India flight at Delhi airport, with passengers being made to sit inside plane for hours. A video of passengers using in-flight reading material as hand fans is being shared on social media. According to a report, passengers were deboarded and were sent to Patna on an alternate aircraft, three hours and 55 minutes later.
