Accel Partners raises $550 million for its sixth India fund

Venture capital firm Accel Partners India has raised $550 million for its sixth India fund that will be primarily invested in seed and early-stage startups. Accel's latest fund is bigger than the $450 million it had raised for its fifth fund in late 2016. Some of its prominent portfolio startups include Swiggy, Freshworks, Cure.Fit and Blackbuck.
