Accenture completes acquisition of AI firm Faculty, names new CTO

Accenture on Monday said it has completed the acquisition of UK-based AI company Faculty, and appointed its Co-founder Marc Warner as Chief Technology Officer. As a result of the acquisition, more than 400 AI-native professionals will join Accenture, it said in a statement. “Looking forward to working with Warner to shape our technology strategy," Accenture CEO Julie Sweet said.
