Accenture leases 2.72 lakh sq ft office space in Thane

Accenture Solutions has leased 2.72 lakh sq ft of Grade-A office space at House of Hiranandani's Centaurus tower in Thane for 10 years. The company will pay around ₹1.9 crore per month, resulting in a total rental commitment of nearly ₹269 crore. The deal comes as Mumbai's office leasing market continues to outperform several other major Indian cities.
