Accenture leases 3.45 lakh sq ft in Pune for ₹355 crore

Accenture has leased approximately 3.45 lakh square feet of office space at Phoenix Millennium Towers in Pune's Wakad area under a 10-year agreement. The deal covers five floors and carries a monthly rent of about ₹2.52 crore, taking the total rental commitment to approximately ₹355.4 crore over the lease term.
