Accenture revises salary hike structure with base pay, lump-sum split

Accenture has revised its salary hike structure, splitting pay increases equally between permanent base pay and a one-time lump-sum payment, as per an internal memo seen by PTI. The revised structure will be implemented during the company's June compensation cycle. However, the 50:50 split will not apply to employees receiving promotions.
