Accenture skips pay hikes, promotions for India employees: Report

Accenture will not give pay hikes to employees in India and Sri Lanka this year except where it's legally mandated, Moneycontrol reported quoting Country MD Ajay Vij's email. While the company will pay out individual performance bonuses, they will be "significantly lower than last year", he said. Accenture is reportedly also postponing promotions for some employees to June 2024.
