Accrued via salaries & bonuses: SEBI's Madhabi on Hindenburg's '$10 mn net worth' claim

SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch responded after Hindenburg Research claimed she and her husband Dhaval had an estimated net worth of $10 million as per a declaration of funds signed by IIFL in 2015. "Madhabi and Dhaval...accrued their savings through salaries, bonuses and stock options," their statement said. The couple said they have each had a corporate career of decades.
