Accused Kalyan Bainsla deliberately rammed woman biker Sia in Gurugram: SIT

The SIT probing the hit-and-run case in Gurugram involving biker Sia has concluded that accused Kalyan Bainsla deliberately rammed his car into her motorcycle, police said. The chargesheet, expected to be filed within a week, will retain all FIR offences, including attempt to murder, stalking and insulting a woman's modesty, officers said. The hit-and-run incident occurred on September 13.
