Google's Senior VP Prabhakar Raghavan has urged employees to "act with urgency" as the company is "in a new cost reality" with slowing organic growth. "Our growth in this new operating reality has to be hard earned," Raghavan, who leads Google Search, said. He added that the firm is "spending a ton more on machines" amid the rise of AI.
