Actor Arshad Warsi, wife Maria penalised over share pump-and-dump scheme

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has penalised actor Arshad Warsi, his wife Maria Goretti and others for making illegal gains through a share pump-and-dump scheme with YouTubers.
