Actor Imran Khan moves Bombay High Court over 'Leave India’ notice

Bollywood actor Imran Khan has moved Bombay High Court challenging a notice issued by the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO), directing him to leave India by October 28 for allegedly violating the Foreigners Act. Imran, an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholder, received the notice after being briefly detained by police for taking part in demonstrations against CEC Gyanesh Kumar.
