Actor Kannan Pattambi passed away on Sunday night at the age of 62, his brother filmmaker Major Ravi confirmed. Pattambi, who acted in over 20 movies, made a steady mark in Malayalam cinema and often portrayed supporting characters. Pattambi's funeral is scheduled for 4 pm on January 5 at his family residence in Palakkad district of Kerala.
