Actor Karan Oberoi approaches Bombay HC for bail in rape case

Actor Karan Oberoi, who was arrested for allegedly raping and blackmailing a female astrologer, has approached the Bombay High Court for bail. This comes after a Mumbai sessions court rejected his bail application, submitted a day after he was sent to judicial custody. Karan has stated that his relationship with the woman was consensual and he is being falsely implicated.
