Actor Mohanlal chargesheeted for ivory possession after 7 yrs

Kerala Forest Department on Friday filed a chargesheet against Malayalam actor Mohanlal for alleged illegal possession of ivory. During an income tax inspection in 2012, four elephant tusks were reportedly seized from his residence. Reportedly, the state government had allowed him to keep the ivory after modifying the law. Later, an activist challenged the order in the Kerala High Court.
