Actor playing Dashrath in Ramlila dies while calling out Lord Ram's name in UP

A 62-year-old actor who was playing Lord Ram's father King Dashrath's role died on stage while enacting a scene during a Ramlila in UP's Bijnor, officials said on Saturday. Rajendra Singh, who's been playing Dashrath's role for the last 20 years, suffered a heart attack while calling out Lord Ram's name in the scene in which he's leaving for exile.
