Actor R Madhavan's son Vedaant makes Asian Games debut for India

Actor R Madhavan's son Vedaant Madhavan made his Asian Games debut for India in the men's 4x200m freestyle relay at Aichi-Nagoya 2026. Vedaant, Sajan Prakash, Dhakshan Shashikumar and Aneesh Sunil clocked 7:24.32 in the heats, finishing ninth among 13 teams. India narrowly missed the eight-team final by 0.22 seconds. Vedaant will also feature in two individual events at the Games.
