Actor Siddharth issues public apology to Saina Nehwal, calls his tweet 'rude joke'

Actor Siddharth issued a public apology to shuttler Saina Nehwal over his alleged lewd tweet. In the apology letter, he called his tweet a "rude joke". "I may disagree with you on many things but even my disappointment or anger [on reading] your tweet...cannot justify my tone and words," he added. "You will always be my champion," Siddharth wrote.
