Actor Vijay wins both seats he was contesting in his debut Tamil Nadu polls

Thalapathy Vijay, Founder of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), has won both the seats he was contesting in the Tamil Nadu Assembly polls. In his debut elections, he won by over 53,000 votes in Perambur, while from Trichy East, he won by a margin of over 27,000 votes. His party is leading in 107 out of 234 seats.
