Actress Amanda Bynes seen roaming naked in LA, placed on psychiatric hold

American actress Amanda Bynes has been placed on a psychiatric hold after she was found wandering naked on the streets of Los Angeles. Eyewitnesses said Amanda stopped a passing car and told the driver that she was "coming down from a psychotic episode", before calling emergency services herself. Her ex-fiancé said she has allegedly been "off her meds".
