French actress and singer Brigitte Bardot has passed away at the age of 91. Brigitte, who rose to international fame with her role in the controversial 1956 film 'And God Created Woman', took early retirement to become animal activist. Condoling her demise, French President Emmanuel Macron wrote, "Her films, her voice, her dazzling glory...Brigitte Bardot embodied a life of freedom."
