Actress Deepika Singh suffered a major injury while shooting for her show 'Mangal Lakshmi'. The actress hurt her back after a huge plyboard fell on her. The object was placed right behind Deepika and it fell due to heavy wind, ETimes reported. The actress had recently suffered a blood clot in her eye.
