'Lizzie McGuire' fame actress Hilary Duff is expecting her fourth baby, her third with husband Matthew Koma. The 36-year-old actress shared a picture of her family's holiday card on Instagram, which featured a photo of herself with a baby bump, her three kids and her husband. "Buckle up Buttercups, we're adding one more to this crazy bunch," the card read.
