Veteran Marathi actress and Lavani artist Madhu Kambikar passed away in Pune at the age of 73 on Monday following prolonged health issues. Kambikar was known for her roles as mother and mother-in-law in Marathi films and her contribution to popularising Lavani, a traditional Maharashtrian dance form. She appeared in several films, including 'Shapit', 'Raghumaina', 'Zapatlela' & 'Yevu Kaa Gharat'.
