Police in Maharashtra's Thane busted an alleged prostitution and human trafficking racket and rescued a 35-year-old TV actress from the ring, officials said. Women from the entertainment industry were forced into the flesh trade, an official stated. Police have also arrested a woman, identified as Tabassum alias Sonia Umar Qureshi for allegedly accepting money to force women into prostitution.
