Actress Srabanti to contest from West Bengal's Behala West for BJP

BJP announced Bengali actress Srabanti Chatterjee as its candidate to contest from Behala West seat for the upcoming West Bengal elections. Chatterjee would be contesting against TMC leader Partha Chatterjee. "It’s time for Bengal to rise against the bombs and bullets election culture of the TMC regime," Chatterjee tweeted. Chatterjee had joined the BJP on March 2.
