The Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) is developing 1,700-litre and 1,300-litre external fuel drop tanks for the Tejas Mk2 fighter jet. The tanks will be attachable at wings and fuselage and will boost its operational range and mission flexibility. The jettisonable tanks add 4,700 litre fuel capacity, enhancing combat capabilities.
