Adani becomes 2nd largest cement firm after Ambuja, ACC acquisition

With the completion of the acquisition of Ambuja Cements and ACC, Adani Group has now become the country's second-largest cement player. Holcim sold its entire stake in Ambuja Cements at ₹385 apiece and in ACC at ₹2,300 apiece. Adani Group Chairperson Gautam Adani tweeted about the development and said, "We will double our capacity in the next five years."
