Adani Capital acquires Essel Finance's MSME loan business

Adani Capital, the non-banking financial arm of Adani Group, has acquired Essel Finance's micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) loan business. Adani Capital secured a loan book of about ₹145 crore, 1,100 customers and 40 employees with this acquisition, the company said.
