Adani Enterprises enters $275 million OFAC settlement

Adani Enterprises informed exchanges that it entered into a settlement agreement with the US Treasury Department's OFAC and agreed to pay $275 million. The company stated that the penalty was reduced from around $384.21 million considering factors including substantial cooperation, compliance measures and the LPG business contributing less than 1.5% of consolidated revenue for 2025.
