Adani gains more wealth than Ambani in 2020 as net worth hits $30bn

Gautam Adani's fortune has surged by $19.1 billion this year so far, more than the $16.4 billion added by India's richest person Mukesh Ambani, according to Bloomberg. The 58-year-old, who is India's second-richest, is now worth $30.4 billion. Adani derives over half of his wealth from his stake in Adani Green Energy, whose shares have surged 1000% in a year.
