Billionaire Gautam Adani-led Adani Group is considering launching a new airline in India, Reuters reported, citing sources. This comes after Bloomberg reported that the Civil Aviation Ministry has initiated talks about a rule change that would allow airport operators to own and run airlines. Notably, the Adani Group operates eight airports in India, including two in Mumbai.
