Adani Group to buy aviation services firm Air Works for ₹400 crore

Adani Enterprises subsidiary Adani Defence Systems and Technologies has signed an agreement to buy an 85% stake in aviation services company Air Works for ₹400 crore. Air Works is India's largest private-sector maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company, the conglomerate said in an exchange filing. Shares of Adani Enterprises ended 1.3% higher at ₹2,373.15.
