Adani Group to demerge its airports, other businesses by 2028: CFO

Adani Group is planning to demerge its airports, metals, mining, data centre, roads and logistics businesses by 2028, Chief Financial Officer Jugeshinder Singh told Reuters. "The criteria is for these businesses to achieve a basic investment profile and experienced management by 2025-2028," he added. The group has demerged power, coal, transmission and green energy businesses in last few years.
