Adani Group has announced plans to overhaul its entire operating model in an internal memo to employees on Labour Day, Bloomberg reported. The new management system will introduce a three-layer structure with fewer decision makers and a greater focus on liquidity and access to capital. It'll also cut decision-making time from days to hours and strengthen accountability across business units.
