Adani hires law firm that Twitter hired when it sued Musk over $44 bn deal: Report

Adani Group has reportedly hired New York-based law company Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz amid Hindenburg Research's allegations of fraud and stock market manipulation. Wachtell will primarily focus on coordinating legal, regulatory and public relations for the group, Financial Times reported. The law company represented Twitter when it sued Elon Musk for backing out of $44-billion takeover deal.
