Adani Infra to buy 30% stake in PSP Projects for ₹685 crore

Adani Infrastructure has agreed to buy a 30.07% stake in construction firm PSP Projects for around ₹685 crore. The Adani Enterprises firm will buy the stake from Prahaladbhai S Patel, one of the promoters of PSP Projects. Adani Infrastructure has also launched an open offer to acquire an additional 26% stake in the company as per the SEBI norms.
