Adani Ports forms JV with Gadot Chemical Terminals to buy Israel's Haifa Port

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) announced setting up of a joint venture (JV) with Gadot Chemical Terminals in Israel, named Mediterranean International Ports ADGD Ltd. The JV will execute the acquisition of Haifa Port Company, which operates the Haifa Port in Israel. APSEZ holds a 70% stake in the JV, while the remaining will be with Gadot.
